Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We use allure-playwright and we link tms and issue to our tests, so it would be great not to pass full links with prefixes each time, but to only pass issue numbers and testIds.

Describe the solution you'd like
issuePrefix and tmsPrefix configuration options to the allure-playwright reporter section
