Hi,
I think disabling whole page before connecting wallet isn't good idea. User should be able to click on links in footer or Docs, FAQ and Tutorial in header of page before connecting his/her wallet.

This is more of a frontend issue but thank you for your feedback. We will consider improving the landing experience.
