Deneb ForkVersion from Goerli/Prater

config.yml currently contains 0x04001020 as the fork_version for Sepolia, which is the same as that of Goerli/Prater and does not fit into the name scheme for Sepolia.

This is probably a copy-paste error and should probably be 90000073?

It is certainly copy-pasta but since Deneb is not set yet it has no meaning at all. I expect both version and epoch to be set similarly.
