Chapter 12 - error running auction dap

Hello,
I'm struggling to execute the auction contract on chapter 12.
I'm running Ganache and use Metamask (what a pain with local blockchain btw).

I've got the following error when I try to create a NFT:

I've enter a random uint256 in the DeedURI field.
I tried to increase the gas limit and price too.

I would be grateful if someone can shed some light on this exception.
