Can someone help with zawy_dfficulty_block_index?

I changed zawy_dfficulty_block_index to 100000 because when it was set to 30 everything crashed at bc_height of 47. And now it is on block 358 and still going but i receive exactly 165.295xxxxxxx(x represents some number that is changing) and i have received premined. So is this normal ... shouldnt there be some difficulty change? Is it because of zawy_dfficulty_block_index ?
