Documentation doesn't fully specify the expected GLFWreallocatefun behavior #2549

Stdlib realloc behavior seems to be implied but only parts of it are spelled out. Notably, the lifetime of the original block is not specified for success or failure, and the required replication the old block's data in a new allocation is also omitted.
