both catpure and and download fail on my Sony A7R5

gphoto2 --capture-image-and-download
ERROR: Could not capture image.
ERROR: Could not capture.

❯ env LANG=C gphoto2 --debug --debug-logfile=my-logfile.txt --trigger-capture
ERROR: Could not trigger capture.
