Alerting: Timerange does not support "+" / positive values, but dashboard does

What happened?

I have a time series that contains values ​​in the future. I display these on a dashboard.
I would like to set up an alert for certain values ​​in the future above a threshold. Therefore: In the timerange input I would like to specify a timerange of "now+3d" (similar to the dashboard).
But the input field does not accept the input:

What did you expect to happen?

The timerange "now+3d" is accepted as with the dashboard.

How do we reproduce it?

1. Navigate to "Alerting > Alert rules"
2. Click on "New alert rule"
3. Add a timerange with a positive value, e.g. "now+3d"
   

Is the bug inside a dashboard panel?

No?
