it's going to look something like this

on a public IP:

• bootstrap on public IP
• stun/turn server on public IP
• signal server on public IP
• shared_values server on public IP

behind NAT:

• define number of agent nodes N
• choose N agent nodes behind NAT
• pass public IP to the test executable
