BFT smartbft integration test with synch with "simple" replication policy

If not specified, the default cluster replication policy is "consensus".
This is what currently happens in all smartbft integration tests (it is not specified).
We want to check whether the old, "simple" cluster replication policy is still working.

• Select one of the smartbft integration tests in which the orderers have to use Sync()
• Run the same test a second time, now with cluster.ReplicationPolicy="simple"

This flag is specified in the orderer.yaml file.
