Have you considered using
"mode == 'insertorelse'"
in the keybinding "when" clauses instead ofmode ="i"
as a TOML key? This would make it so that when setting the keybindings through the GUI, it actually shows which keybinding is bound to which mode in the "when" section. Currently for Vim bindings it's empty. It would also be more streamlined. It makes sense if you don't want this but have you ever thought of doing it this way because this is what I see in the VscodeVim and NeovimVscode extensions keybindings json. Oh and haev you thought of using JSON its easier to read for these keybindings.Beta Was this translation helpful? Give feedback.
