New links rules

Potentially minor breaking change: links now are inserted without full path (like in Obsidian desktop app), defined by obsidian-links-use-vault-path defaulting to nil.

Cache list of all obsidian files for faster performance

Minor version bumped, which means that you need to look out if everything works correctly.

• Added caching for listing obsidian files
• Cache clears on capture or following a link to a non-existent file
