Derivation path for chains with ECDSA crypto validation #1745

The scenario:

Tap to Add dervivation button for the key set
Select network with ECDSA crypto (Moonbeam or Moonriver)
Enter the derivation with soft derivation(/)
Tap to Save
The application allows to proceed and show the error

Expected result:

On the Step 3 the application should show only hard derivation (//) and password(///) usage examples
On the step 3 the application should show that derivation path is not valid and doesn't allow to proceed
Also for the Moonbeam, Moonriver only numbers may be used in the derivation path.
