Not able to scan metadata properly in old phone with 13-megapixel android camera

The QR gets blurry when I'm scanning the Metadata section. However I'm able to scan the static QR from Chain Specs

is there any alternative way to get the Metadata ? apart from scanning since its not happening.

Nope, airgap assumes that you can only interact via camera.

Are you using recent app version? Focus is managed by android after you opening camera, it should not depend on if picture is changing or not.
But it may depend on what you point your phone at when opening a camera.
Dirty sensor may be another reason for wrong focus measurement.

Please try to switch to another tab and opening camera again - does it loosing focus after opening?
What about general camera app - does it focusing properly?

Scanning metadata should work on any phone via camera.

Yes I'm able to scan the static QR from Chain Specs and it gets updated in the app.

Try to change size of scanned QR code (zoom in webpage) and move phone closer or more far away so camera will focus properly and code will occupy optimal size of screen so scanning will happen faster.
Metadata qr code is more detailed and it's more difficult for camera to recognize it.

I have tried all these. These last two days I'm desperate trying to run it anyhow. Unfortunately not able to.

Any hacks or way around this?
