macos-latest doesn't have a /usr/local/lib/gcc/current

current macos-latest , in order to get some libraries (like libquadmath.0.dylib) we have to use the versioned gcc path, which will change as gcc changes

previous macos images (like macos-12) have a /usr/local/lib/gcc/current which I guess is a symlink

Please add some symlink to macos-latest that doesn't change with the gcc version
