Downstream: api.derive.accounts.info broken for peoples chain

Currently with the latest changes to the IdentityInfo type there is an error with api.derive.accounts.info and reducing the values.

Therefore once it is updated in the api we need to update it in the UI and ensure that the values match up!

api 11.1.1 is released so once this dep is updated everything should be fixed for identities
