Auction ends on 1st bid - test 'bidder' immediately 'wins' auction and auction immediately ends and notification emails sent to both 'seller' and 'bidder' of 'sold'/'win'. Auction shows as 'closed' in admin and on home page but still shows countdown time on the auction item page.

ok, now it seems it may be related to the auto-relisting - where the listing gets immediately 'relisted' but is in 'pending auctions' because the UTC timezone issue.
Still not sure why both 'bidder' and 'seller' are being misinformed.
