I am a long-time terminal and vim user, and I've had my iterm settings to swap cmd and ctrl for many years now because

  1. ctrl is painfully inaccessible on most Macs and
  2. for whatever reason, I learned to mostly type using the right modifier key (as I'm sure others have as well).

What I would love is if I could have just one of my CMD keys or option keys be control when using the application. MacOS supports changing both of them, but I don't WANT to change both and I know I don't have to since iterm2 can do it.

Can revery help weirdos like me?
