User story
GPL-599 As an SSR using the 'Sentinel Create Samples' page (Rich C), if I get an error message 'No samples for this barcode...', I would like to be able to distinguish between the following scenarios:
a) The data for that sample / plate has not been provided by the Lighthouse lab (uploaded to the sftp site), and
b) The data is there but all the samples are 'negative'

so that I can be aware if the box might have to be re-processed when we receive the rest of the data, or if I can ignore the plate with no positives.

Who are the primary contacts for this story
Rich C

Acceptance criteria
When trying to create samples in Sequencescape using the 'Sentinel Create Samples' page, I get separate error messages for:

  • The plate barcode is not found in the Lighthouse MongoDB database
  • The plate barcode is found, but there are no positive samples (this is more a warning, rather than an error)
