Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I started using Jujutsu CVS (a Git wrapper) to track 'live'/'hot' changes of some of my $HOME dotfiles. This implies making $HOME effectively a Git repository.
Describe the solution you'd like
It would be very convenient to ask Starship to ignore the status of that specific repository to avoid the visual noise, as I already know that repository will perpetually be in a dirty state:
Describe alternatives you've considered
I thought about a pre-prompt hook that checks the current directory and suppresses the git status output if the directory is $HOME. This hook would be executed before Starship generates the prompt (somehow). But I'm not sold on the idea; it reeks of ugly workaround-ishness (?)
