Stylish / Xstyle

i'm using vivaldi as my default browser in linux mint cinnamon 19.1 and both stylish and xstyle will only keep a sites theme for a day or two then the theme is removed from you apps. pretty sure it's a vivaldi issue, cause it's not the first extension or add on that has had a issue in vivaldi and not chrome.
