Styles vanish, please fix

I've used stylish for a long time 6, 7, 8+ years, maybe, a long time. It seems all the styles I write eventually are deleted from the add-on, and its happened maybe 3 times in the years. It happened again this week. I put a lot of time into coding my styles. Please fix the add-on to have a type of automatic backup or something else to solve this problem. I'm not making errors, this is a bug either in Firefox or Stylish. The info I can share is limited because like I first wrote its been a long many years. All I know is the data is vanishing and its not being overwritten or deleted or installed over by erasing computer or os. Thanks, have a nice day.
