Unable to get Swar-Chia-PLot Manager to start plotting

Hey everyone,
I've just upgraded to the latest version and I'm not able to get the plot manager to start plotting. I had no issues with the previous version. No errors on when starting and no errors in debug.log, I have enabled INFO logging and not seeing any issues. Also tried running PS in admin mode. I have the same issue with both my harvesters.

Clearly, it's something I'm doing and have spent hours on this but just can't put my finger on it. Have attached config.yaml and removed keys, also attached debug.log
