New plot waiting to start for copy #1247

New plot is waiting to start for copying of earlier plot. Can this happen in background like default in madmax ?

You can just use these parameters and it will allow Swar to start new plotting job without waiting for copying (phase 5):

max_concurrent: 1
max_concurrent_with_start_early: 2
......
concurrency_start_early_phase: 5
