An mkosi build contains more than just distribution packages, but right now the .manifest file doesn't include any information about the additional directories, scripts and configurations.

I propose to expand the .manifest file with hashes about mkosi.*, mkosi.extra/** and additional files to be able to compare subsequent builds easier.
