Because of lack support of HTTPS on Miner API, we can only host the dashboard without HTTPS...

Because of HTSTS cache maybe you can't access the HTTP/80 anymore. To fix this:

Search for chrome://net-internals/#hsts in your address bar.
Locate the Delete domain security policies field and enter: proxy.xmrig.info
Press Delete button.
Try again: http://proxy.xmrig.info/
