Check in your phpmyadmin that you are running mysql and not mariadb, mine was not using mysql and i had to remove mariadb & install mysql |

It has start working i.e email sending system. All you need to do is to
change the smtp server from Gmail to outlook. Mine is working hope you'll
get started.

Bro why are you using Gmail account when you are using outlook smtp
configuration.
Use outlook email address.
