You need VoiceMeeter Banana or Potato for this mod. regular VoiceMeeter wont work with this
just add sounds to the sounds folder. If you're adding while VRChat is open, open the misc options and click reload sounds. both mp3 and wav files are supported but it is recommended to use wav cus some mp3s sound like shit for some reason
