calibration has long been borked

fixes

calibration settings not saving correctly sometimes
calibration settings never loading correctly
calibration weight returns to user set calibration weight after running InitializeCalibration() instead of hardcoded 0.2

changes

saving new settings now uses the current value instead of constants
loaded calibration is printed in debug log
