Note: version 0.3.5 has a bug in the helm chart, which I discovered as part of this process. I've submitted a fix in this PR: airbytehq/airbyte#13816

That will become 0.3.6 if they accept, can include the fix on a new version if you'd like (I'm tagging it as 0.3.6 on my fork of this repo)
