The documentation should reflect that it's not possible to run ML jobs on dataset that are located on remote cluster with basic license

Thank you for writing this up! I suggested a change to avoid explicitly stating the required subscription levels as they might change and it would make it harder to keep the docs up-to-date. Highlighting the rule and linking to the source of truth (subscription page) is generally enough.

If a customer tries to activate ML job on remote indices, they can get the error
