Ported sponsor images, sponsors data, and sponsor component. Added component to landing page.
changed the background, added styling and transition to certain text, fixed some problems with logos.
Changed the size of the pics and increased font of tier list elements.

Add the Sponsors Component

Ported over and converted styles for the sponsors component
Updates the sponsors.json to better reflect how the sponsors are rendered on the site
Added types to help with type checking.
