Ported team avatars, team pics, and meet the team page code from the last repo.
Fixed images not loading. Adjusted size of images and text.
Fixed images being justified to the left and being displayed in one column. Images and text are now centered and displayed correctly.
This reverts commit 321757d.

Added a black to blue background gradient. Added and changed headers. Changed font color of member role and name, and adding some bolding.

Added the nav bar and footer components. Changed up the background color. Add the page to the nav bar.
