Hmm I tried to reproduce it in Chrome 55 on Mac but had no luck. Setting the

seems like after the top animation finishes, it causes the issue... (also tested on a chromebook, same issue) |

http://recordit.co/kPr7RVMIBo - weird ... and then if you refresh the page, the bug is still there but the animation doesn't run anymore... (that's why I have to completely close incognito mode, and re-open it incognito mode to see it) |
