#Install

Make sure you have the latest version of node.js

npm install gulp -g
npm install

#Running

Just run gulp in the root directort, then open up localhost:9000 in Chrome.

Any changes you make to JavaScript, HTML, or CSS will automatically reload the browser using browser-sync.
