Outline Server with ARM64 support

Port of fancy Jigsaw Outline server with arm64 support.

Important changes

Third party binaries replaced with their arm64 builds
- Outline ss-server v1.3.5
- Prometheus 2.33.5 / 2022-02-22
Node docker image for shadowbox replaced with arm64 build
- arm64v8/node:gallium-alpine3.16

Install and run

 sudo SB_IMAGE="kugaevsky/outline-server-arm64" bash -c "$(wget -qO- https://raw.githubusercontent.com/kugaevsky/outline-server-arm64/master/src/server_manager/install_scripts/install_server.sh)"

Contribute

Build docker image
