Purpose

Release Liveblog v3.90

What has changed

This is a really packed release with many improvements and a new exciting features. The full list of changes will be attached in the release notes https://github.com/liveblog/liveblog/releases once this PR is fully merged. For the time being, this PR is meant to serve as a "pre-release" so any required changes, after QA team finishes their work, will be included here before final tag and release creation.

Updated the setup steps using Ubuntu version 20.04.6 LTS.
Marked the "Liveblog Setup Using Docker" as outdated.
Removed the "Vagrant LXC Installation" section.
