[LBSD-2791] - Reverts #1368

Purpose

This PR reverts #1368 LBSD-2774 reversing the changes made due to the introduction of an editor reorder bug when editing.

What has changed

• Reverting back changes - Changes made in LBSD-2774 have been reverted
• Post types don't appear by default - This reversion results in the default behavior where the "Add Content Here" must be clicked to show post types. A better way to implement this will be done in a subsequent PR.

Steps to test

1. Navigate to the Editor's interface.
2. The block options shouldn't be shown until the user clicks "Add Content Here"
3. Create a new post with multiple items and publish it.
4. Edit the post and the items should appear in order on the Editor panel.
