En la subida de la PR #1039 para solución Reto #45 Python el código parece tener un bug. Si el primer valor de la lista toma el mayor valor y solo existe ese valor como el mayor de la lista, el proceso de cálculo de count_water_lr no lo realiza correctamente,
ya que toma una lista vacía. Ejemplo de pruebas: test_case([6, 0, 3, 4, 1, 3],7)
