The site is designed to be deployed on Github Pages, which uses Jekyll.
It's probably a good idea to use Jekyll in development too if you want the SCSS to compile.
gem install jekyllThen, once you have Jekyll installed:
jekyll server --watchrockawayhelp/aid-badges-website
