Starting to explore the VBZ data using the first week of 2017.

Some ideas to finish off

needs a story
automate download of the CSV
more data?
narrative for the data cleaning
delay split by line
an example for one route (e.g. delays along route 14)

Overall though: try to keep notebook short and when in doubt make a new one!
