Beyond Compare is a file and folder comparison utility for Linux, Windows, and OS X. These plug-ins add commands to various Linux file manager context menus to launch comparisons, 3-way merges, and folder synchronizations based on the current selection.
Konqueror, Nautilus, and Thunar are all currently supported. Tested Linux distributions include:
