1.4.0 - Fixes and new features

Note that minor version number has been bumped. This release is potentially breaking.

Fixes:

• Check file exists before reading
• Create file when creating new link
• obsidian--match-files finds all files with given basename & more

New features:

• Added obsidian-daily-notes-directory variable
• Added obsidian-location-of-new-files-is-inbox default to t
• Added support of wiki links with section, like [[filename#section]]
