At this moment only 2 functions are implemented:

1. Encoding::ANSEncodeDeltas
2. Encoding::ANSDecodeDeltas

Requirements

1. GCC
2. CMake
3. Make
4. Git
5. Erlang 23 or never
6. Installed Rebar3 (http://rebar3.org/)

Building

Just start by make command.
