Docker Desktop 2.5.0.1 is now outated. There have not been problems reported in recent versions of Docker Desktop. We can fallback to the "prereq" doc topic that states to use the latest version. Closes hyperledger#4833 Signed-off-by: David Enyeart <enyeart@us.ibm.com>

Look at the resolution on line 667... I didn't think it made sense to recommend Docker Desktop 2.5.0.1 reinstall and reclone fabric-samples. I haven't heard of similar problems in modern history.
